Gregor von der Grafschaft Mark
aka Grisha
... is a typical representative of his breed. Curious, docile, happy to play, lively, but balanced. Like all German pinschers, he has his own mind, but knows how to convince with his charm.
Neither mice nor other game escape his attention, but his hunting instinct remains within normal limits. Human visitors are displayed and greeted in a friendly manner. He is socially acceptable and relaxed in dealing with fellow dogs.
All around a dog that puts a smile on our faces every day.

Degenerative myelopathy
Grisha is a carrier for the disease degenerative myelopathy (DM). He is therefore only available as a stud dog for bitches who have been tested for DM and diganosticated as N / N pure.
DM is a slowly progressing death of the long spinal cord tracts in large dogs. This occurs genetically in all dog breeds. However, there are breeds that are more commonly affected. The German Pinscher is not one of them. To the best of our knowledge, there is also no pinscher who has been diagnosed with the disease.
Carriers can and should continue to be used in the breeding of the German Pinschers, taking into account the genetic tests, in order to preserve the gene pool of this breed.

Exhibition results
In 2020, due to the corona virus, we were unfortunately unable to visit as many exhibitions as we had hoped. Nevertheless we like to go to exhibitions and try to maintain our contacts with other pinscher crazy people.
